Interesting to know that spa in Indonesia actually not a new-western-thing. Before modernization, Indonesia people well-known massage (pijat in Bahasa Indonesia) as part of their culture. Even they have traditional technique massage named “Kerokan” or Coin Massage.
They rub their body with little oil massage, little bit massage, and use coin to make one line along the body.
Blessed with abundant herbs and spices, Indonesia people usually make natural body mask and scrub to complete their massage.
